## Vorachain Privacy Policy

**Effective Date:** \[20/09/2026]\
**Last Updated:** \[20/09/2026]

Vorachain (“**Vorachain**,” “**we**,” “**us**,” or “**our**”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information when you access or use our websites, blockchain services, wallets, decentralized applications, APIs, marketplaces, exchanges, bridges, staking services, and related products (collectively, the “**Services**”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

### 1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, such as:

* Name, email address, phone number, or other contact details;
* Messages, support requests, feedback, and survey responses;
* Account details, where an account is offered;
* Information submitted for compliance, identity verification, or business-related purposes, where applicable.

We may also automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

* IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and language settings;
* Website pages viewed, links clicked, access dates, and approximate location derived from IP address;
* Cookies, analytics identifiers, and similar technologies;
* Error logs, security events, and service-performance data.

Blockchain networks are public ledgers. When you use Vorachain or a connected decentralized application, information such as wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token balances, smart-contract interactions, block numbers, timestamps, and transaction amounts may be permanently recorded on the blockchain. This information is generally public and cannot be deleted or changed by Vorachain.

Vorachain does not request or store your wallet recovery phrase, seed phrase, or private key. You must never share these credentials with any person, website, application, or support representative.

### 2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

* Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
* Process requests, communications, and support inquiries;
* Maintain network performance, security, and reliability;
* Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or security incidents;
* Monitor use of our websites, APIs, and connected services;
* Comply with applicable laws, regulatory obligations, and valid legal requests;
* Send service announcements, security notices, updates, or other communications where permitted;
* Improve user experience, develop new features, and analyze service performance.

### 3. Cookies and Analytics

Vorachain websites may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand website usage, improve performance, and protect against fraudulent activity. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the availability or functionality of certain website features.

We may use third-party analytics or infrastructure providers. These providers may collect technical information according to their own privacy policies.

### 4. How Information May Be Shared

We may share information only when necessary, including with:

* Service providers that support hosting, analytics, security, communications, customer support, or technical operations;
* Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal representatives;
* Government authorities, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, or property;
* A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets.

Vorachain does not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do not control independently operated blockchain explorers, wallets, decentralized applications, exchanges, or third-party websites that may be linked through our Services.

### 5. Decentralized Services and Third Parties

Vorachain may provide access to or information about third-party applications, smart contracts, validators, bridges, token projects, and decentralized services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

Blockchain transactions are initiated and approved by the user through their own wallet. Vorachain cannot reverse, cancel, recover, or modify a completed blockchain transaction. Users are responsible for verifying wallet addresses, token contract addresses, transaction details, permissions, and connected applications before approving a transaction.

### 6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-based system, wallet, blockchain network, or data transmission method is completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your devices, wallet credentials, passwords, recovery phrases, and private keys secure. Immediately stop using a service and contact the applicable support channel if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.

### 7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records.

Blockchain data may remain permanently available on public distributed ledgers. Vorachain cannot erase public blockchain records, even if associated information is later removed from our own systems.

### 8. International Data Transfers

Vorachain may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

### 9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing activities or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at:

**Email:** \[<privacy@vorachain.com>]\
**Website:** \[<https://vorachain.com/contact>]

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. Certain rights may be limited where information must be retained for legal, security, operational, or blockchain-related reasons.

### 10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age required by applicable law to use them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

### 11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on the official Vorachain website and will show a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after the updated policy becomes effective indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://vorachain.gitbook.io/vorachain-docs/privacy-policy.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
