## Vorachain Terms and Conditions

**Effective Date:** \[20/09/2026]\
**Last Updated:** \[20/09/2026]

These Terms and Conditions (“**Terms**”) govern your access to and use of the websites, blockchain network, wallet services, decentralized applications, APIs, smart contracts, token services, staking services, bridge services, exchange interfaces, marketplace features, and other products or services provided by Vorachain (“**Vorachain**,” “**we**,” “**us**,” or “**our**”) (collectively, the “**Services**”).

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

### 1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You represent and warrant that:

* You are at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the Services;
* You are not located in, organized in, or a resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited;
* You are not subject to sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions under applicable laws;
* You will use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

### 2. Nature of the Services

Vorachain provides blockchain-related technology, infrastructure, interfaces, and information. Certain Services may enable users to interact with decentralized applications, smart contracts, validator nodes, digital assets, third-party services, and public blockchain networks.

Vorachain does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, brokerage, custody, banking, or fiduciary services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Nothing on the Services constitutes investment advice, financial advice, an offer to sell securities, or a recommendation to purchase, hold, trade, stake, or use any digital asset.

### 3. Digital Assets and Blockchain Risks

Digital assets involve substantial risks. Prices may be volatile, liquidity may be limited, and you may lose some or all of the value of assets you hold, trade, transfer, stake, bridge, or otherwise use.

You understand and accept that blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Once a transaction is submitted to and confirmed by a blockchain network, it may not be cancelled, reversed, recovered, or modified by Vorachain.

You are solely responsible for verifying:

* Recipient wallet addresses;
* Token contract addresses;
* Transaction amounts and transaction fees;
* Smart-contract permissions and approvals;
* Network selection and bridge destination;
* Third-party application authenticity.

Vorachain is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect transactions, unauthorized wallet access, phishing, scams, incorrect addresses, lost private keys, lost recovery phrases, smart-contract risks, network congestion, third-party failures, or market conditions.

### 4. Wallet Security and User Responsibility

If you use a wallet with the Services, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your private key, recovery phrase, seed phrase, password, device, and wallet access credentials.

Do not share your recovery phrase or private key with any person. Vorachain personnel will never request your private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase.

Vorachain does not control, possess, or recover private keys or recovery phrases for non-custodial wallets. If you lose access to your wallet credentials, Vorachain may be unable to restore access to your assets.

### 5. Fees

Transactions on Vorachain may require payment of network fees, also referred to as “gas fees.” Such fees are generally paid in the native VORA token or another specified network asset.

Additional fees may apply to certain services, including trading, swapping, staking, bridging, marketplace activity, validator services, or third-party applications. Fees may vary based on network conditions, service rules, transaction complexity, liquidity, and applicable protocol settings.

You are responsible for reviewing all fees before approving a transaction. Fees paid through a blockchain transaction may be non-refundable.

### 6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or provide access to third-party websites, wallets, exchanges, smart contracts, token projects, validators, bridges, and decentralized applications.

Vorachain does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee third-party services unless expressly stated. Your use of third-party services is governed by their separate terms, privacy policies, and applicable conditions. Vorachain is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, actions, failures, losses, or transactions.

### 7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

* Violate any applicable law, regulation, sanction, or legal obligation;
* Engage in fraud, deception, money laundering, terrorist financing, or unlawful activity;
* Exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the network, or attempt unauthorized access;
* Introduce malware, harmful code, denial-of-service attacks, or disruptive activity;
* Circumvent security measures, access restrictions, or technical limitations;
* Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
* Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, wallet ownership, or transaction activity;
* Use the Services in a way that may harm users, the network, or Vorachain’s reputation.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to interfaces or Services when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, address security risks, or enforce these Terms.

### 8. Smart Contracts and Decentralized Applications

Smart contracts are software programs deployed on blockchain networks. Their operation may be automated, public, and irreversible. Before interacting with a smart contract, you are responsible for reviewing the relevant information, risks, permissions, and transaction details.

Smart-contract audits, where available, do not guarantee that code is free of all errors, vulnerabilities, or risks. You acknowledge that technology risks may remain even after testing, audits, security reviews, or deployment.

### 9. Intellectual Property

The Vorachain name, logo, website design, software, documentation, content, trademarks, graphics, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Vorachain unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Vorachain materials without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law or an open-source license.

### 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “**as is**” and “**as available**” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorachain disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or wallet, or free from delays, outages, bugs, vulnerabilities, or malicious activity.

### 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vorachain, its affiliates, contributors, directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of digital assets, trading losses, or business interruption.

Vorachain will not be liable for losses arising from blockchain network conditions, wallet compromises, private-key loss, third-party applications, smart-contract vulnerabilities, transaction errors, token price fluctuations, phishing, scams, or unauthorized user activity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Vorachain’s total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Vorachain for the applicable Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

### 12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vorachain and its affiliates, contributors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

### 13. Modifications and Service Availability

Vorachain may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version of the Terms will be published on the official Vorachain website. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

### 14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of **\[Insert Jurisdiction]**, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **\[Insert City and Country]**, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
